I am a School librarian and an educator, currently working in KiiT International School as an Teacher
librarian. I earned a master’s degree in library
science from Bangalore University
and a Master’s in arts from same university. I am constantly trying to learn new and effective ways to
improve librarianship
I’ve created this blog to talk
about my work experiences and discuss all the things which I found interesting as a
professional. I am an enthusiastic, passionate and energetic librarian who
loves his job and cares deeply about bringing users together to improve access
to information and build relationships between librarians and the
professionals/students/faculty we support.
I love being a
librarian because I love working with books and kids and I get to do something
different every day. I started this blog recently because I was already
following some of the great blogs and I wanted to join in the conversation. I
love blogging because it gives me a chance to connect with great people all
over the country and the world. It's helped me hone my writing and
reviewing skills.
I'm a firm believer
that all librarians benefit from the sharing of program ideas, program
outlines, and general posts about how things are done at different libraries. I
try to give you a slice of life at my library here.
